Who we share it with

Our website host and email provider process this information on our behalf so the site can work. They are not allowed to use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

Booking and message details are kept for as long as you are a patient and for the period required by health record rules afterwards. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
